Refund policy
Returns Policy – Bright London
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@bright-london.nl to start your return process. Please include your order number, which you received by email or on your paper invoice.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.

An administration fee of £10 per item will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 2–4 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions
Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. These include but are not limited to:

Tights and hosiery

Certain personal care products
In addition, orders placed in bulk across multiple sizes or colours of the same product—for example, with the intent to try on and return most of them—are not eligible for return. We do not accept these returns for environmental and logistical reasons.
